All books, once personalized in any way, are non-returnable. Seller's responsibility is to package the product to ensure no damage will occur during shipping. If product has incurred significant damage during transport, or has been lost, the seller will issue either a refund or attempt to re-deliver, at the customer's choice.

Each book is individually wrapped in kraft paper, and then packaged in a reinforced bubble mailer with the packing slip. Ground shipping within Canada and the U.S. and Air Mail to International regions.
