Did you know -- my writing career began in my high school classroom, daydreaming ideas and scribbling them amongst assignments! I love nothing more than to come visit with aspiring young folks interested in learning how to write, themselves, or to learn about how I got started as a published author. I'm happy to come and give a standard presentation, as well as meet regularly with a class to oversee a project pertinent to your English Language Arts curriculum! I typically meet with middle school and high school students, but I'm happy to come and talk with students of all ages about the magic of making books! My standard rate is $150CAD + GST/HST per visit. This includes a purchase of 3x signed books which can go to your school library or your classroom collection. Contact me to arrange multiple visits and to consult on pricing for multi-session project oversight! To book me for a full school day, the cost is $450 CAD + GST/HST
Cancellation Policy
All work submitted to Samantha Beiko (the Contractor) for evaluation is owned exclusively by the Client. Any editorial or developmental advice given on a given project will be considered under the discretion of the client. Fees paid to the Contractor for any consulting work are subject to the taxes and fees within the Client's territory, and are non-refundable once the work has been received. One on one meetings can be rescheduled within reason, however two reschedulings will result in an additional charge to hold another appointment slot.
